Double gardenside

With twin beds 85x195cm (2,8x6, 4 ft) with orthopaedic mattresses that can be prepared as twin or 杜atrimoniale�. All rooms with private bathroom (shower or bath tub), hairdryer, heating, individually controlled air-conditioning, double-glazing, sound-proof doors, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, radio & clock, electronic safe. In 4 different positions:

1. on our first floor with window 100x160/180cm (3,3x5,25/5,91 ft) overlooking our garden area. Daily room rate: 118,00 Euro, inclusive breakfast and all taxes. 

2. our ground-floor courtyard double. The room with all standard double-room features has an own, furnished patio/terrace of 690x429 cm (22,7x13,8 ft), and has only courtyard-view being located on our ground floor with a separate entrance from our courtyard on the garden side of the building.

3. on our second floor with balcony 100x220cm (3,3x7,22 ft) overlooking our garden area and the town centre. 
4. on our second floor with loggia 220x330cm (7,22x10,83 ft) overlooking our garden area and the town centre.

Double seaview

With twin beds 85x195cm (2,8x6,4 ft) with orthopaedic mattresses that can be prepared as twin or 杜atrimoniale�. All rooms with private bathroom (shower or bath-tub), balcony or terrace, hairdryer, heating, individually controlled air-conditioning, double-glazing, sound-proof doors, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, clock and electronic safe. You can choose between 4 different types:

1. Corner room on our elevated ground floor with one window and one large, panoramic terrace 220x480 (7,22x15,75 ft) with sea view overlooking the bay of Naxos, the southern Ionian coastline and also with views of Mt. Etna. Its terrace is frontally 1,40 m (4,59 ft) above our palm terrace, the side-window is 4,55 m (14,93 ft) above our parking area.
2. On our first or second floor with balcony 100 x 180 (3x5,91 ft) with sea view overlooking the bay of Naxos and the southern Ionian coastline.
3. On our first or second floor with one balcony 100 x 180 (3x5,91 ft) and one loggia 200x240 (6,56x7,87 ft), with sea view overlooking the bay of Naxos, the southern Ionian coastline and partial view of Mt. Etna (50%).
4. Corner room above our parking area on our 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor with two balconies 100x180/275 (3,28x5,91/9,02 ft) with sea view overlooking the bay of Naxos, the southern Ionian coastline and frontal view of Mt. Etna.

The 敵ARDEN VILLA SUITE�

Suite of 48 mｲ inside our own garden area (no sea view). With private access, 1 bedroom of 12 mｲ with twin beds 85x195cm (2,8x6, 4 ft) with orthopaedic mattresses that can be prepared as twin or 杜atrimoniale�. Living room of 22 mｲ with double bed sleeping-couch 165x195, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with Jacuzzi whirlpool bath-tub, kitchenette with refrigerator and dish-washer, 2 satellite TV, radio, safe, 2 individually controlled air-conditioner, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, heating, double-glazing, direct-dial telephone, outdoor patio-solarium of 32 mｲ, with sitting area and outdoor hot shower. Total area 80 mｲ. Daily room rate for 2 persons: 230,00 Euro, inclusive breakfast and all taxes. The Garden Villa can conveniently accommodate up to 4 persons. B&B rate for 3 persons: Euro 310,00, for 4 persons: Euro 360,00.
